Domestic Shipping

At Riak.in, we strive to deliver your order promptly and efficiently.

• Please allow us 1-2  working days from the date you receive your order confirmation email to process and ship your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and festive holidays). In case of a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays in processing.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. After dispatch, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery, depending on your area pin code.

• Shipping Charges:

  • Orders below ₹3000 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹100.
  • Orders above ₹3000 qualify for free shipping.

• If your order status remains unfulfilled after 5 days or you don’t receive a tracking email, please get in touch with us at support@riak.in, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
