Refund Policy

In regard to our returns and shipping policies we have a set of pointers to convey, so kindly have a look at those before initiating any sorts of returns and purchases. 

• Due to the delicate nature of our goods and the inability to restock, we do not issue refunds. Only exchanges can be made for items with extreme issues of the product. Any products being exchanged must be in their original condition. 
• Our exchange policy follows the pattern of one week, which means that you can request an exchange for your items within a week.
• The items being exchanged should be in an intact manner without any damage to the product.
• The original invoice as shipped with the initial order must be sent back with proper packing in case of exchanges.
• Make sure that you fill in the right address for shipping as well as while getting your items exchanged.
• Sale items can neither be exchanged nor be refunded.
• We will ourselves arrange a pickup for an exchange and deliver you the right item
• Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will exchange your item for a new one. We cannot guarantee that a specific item will be in stock, and the customer may have to choose a different size or style if the original is no longer available. 
• We reserve the right to refuse to accept any item returned for exchange that we deem to not be in its original condition.
